Where can I find the QR code?

If you want to use the QR code as a printout in paper form, open the PDF file in the attachment to your booking confirmation email. The QR code will be displayed in the upper right corner.

If you want to use the QR code in digital form on your smartphone, first open the booking confirmation on a smartphone. Then click on the pkpass file in the booking confirmation attachment to open the digital QR code. You will be shown a blue card, in the centre of which is the QR code.

Booking confirmation email attachment pkpass is a special file format that can only be opened via a smartphone. You can easily park with us longer than you have booked. Your car, of course, will remain in place. However, a retroactive change to your booking period after entry is excluded. The additional booking of more days to extend an existing booking by way of a separate follow-up booking is also not permitted. In case of violation of this provision, no refund will be made and the regular additional payment fee must be paid on site, in addition before departure. If you park for a longer period of time despite a different return date, simply continue as described in the booking confirmation.

Smart is meant in the truest sense of the word, because the Smart Tariff offers genuine value for money. In contrast to the Budget Tariff, a booking with the Smart Tariff can be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the eve of the booked arrival day. In other words, in the event of a timely cancellation of the Smart Tariff, the full parking fee will be refunded to you.

How do I get from the car park to Berlin Brandenburg Airport?

Our car park is only 3.5 km from Berlin Brandburg Airport and is directly connected to the terminal by our free shuttle bus. The journey takes only about 5 minutes due to the proximity. The shuttle bus is available to our guests in connection with a parking facility booking daily from 3:30 in the morning to 0:30 at night. The departure from the parking facility and from the airport takes place every 30 minutes.

The shuttle bus will pick you up from bus parking space B at the airport. After the baggage claim, follow the signs with the bus symbol "B" (intercity bus) to the lower level -1 until you leave the terminal building straight ahead onto Willy-Brandt-Platz. After leaving the terminal building, continue following the signs with the bus symbol "B" (intercity bus). At the end of Willy-Brandt-Platz, cross the road and you’ll see bus parking space B there on the right-hand side. Departure is every 30 minutes at a quarter to and a quarter past the hour respectively. The last departure is at 12.15 a.m. At the bus parking space, always take the bus marked “Easy Airport Parking”.
