Parking in four different tariff classes: uncovered on the upper deck (Budget Tariff), covered on the middle decks (Standard Tariff), covered on the ground floor near the entrance and exit (Premium Tariff) or on an extra wide 3.5 m wide car park on the ground floor (XXL Tariff). Max. vehicle size: 2.5 m (W) x 5.0 m (L) x 1.95 m (H).

Our parking garage near the terminal is directly connected to the Hamburg Airport by a free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus is available daily from 3:30 am until 0:30 am. Departure takes place every 20 minutes from the parking garage entrance on the ground floor. A comfortable waiting lounge is available for our guests there. Pick-up at the airport takes place every 20 minutes at the central shuttle bus stop on the arrivals level between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. After baggage claim, simply follow the signs with the bus symbol in the terminal building.

The car park is open 24 hours a day. For all concerns and questions, you can reach our customer service any time by telephone. In case of problems on-site, please contact our 24-hour staffed parking control centre directly via the intercom systems in the field devices.

The car park is completely fenced in, secured with a gate and illuminated in the dark. At night, an external security service carries out regular patrols. In addition, the parking garage entrances are video-monitored. The camera images are shown live in our 24-hour staffed parking control centre.
free cancellation
The Smart, Premium and XXL Tariffs of our parking garages at the Hamburg Airport can be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the evening before the booked arrival day. Only the Budget Tariff is not cancellable. The respective cancellation conditions will be shown in detail during the booking process.
