If you want to use the QR code as a printout in paper form, open the PDF file in the attachment to your booking confirmation email. The QR code will be displayed in the upper right corner.

If you want to use the QR code in digital form on your smartphone, first open the booking confirmation on a smartphone. Then click on the pkpass file in the booking confirmation attachment to open the digital QR code. You will be shown a blue card, in the centre of which is the QR code.

You can easily park with us longer than you have booked. Your car, of course, will remain in place. However, a retroactive change to your booking period after entry is excluded. The additional booking of more days to extend an existing booking by way of a separate follow-up booking is also not permitted. In case of violation of this provision, no refund will be made and the regular additional payment fee must be paid on site, in addition before departure. If you park for a longer period of time despite a different return date, simply continue as described in the booking confirmation.

Smart is meant in the truest sense of the word, because the Smart Tariff offers genuine value for money. In contrast to the Budget Tariff, a booking with the Smart Tariff can be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the eve of the booked arrival day. In other words, in the event of a timely cancellation of the Smart Tariff, the full parking fee will be refunded to you.

Our car park is only 2.5 km from Stuttgart Airport. Our parking offer does not include a transfer, the journey to the airport must be organised by our guests themselves in advance of their arrival at a charge. We recommend booking a taxi in advance and taking it to the terminal. The journey takes around 5 minutes.

For the return journey, we recommend simply taking a taxi at the terminal without pre-booking. There are usually enough taxis available there. This gives our guests maximum flexibility in the event of flight delays.Taxi rides between the car park and the airport are subject to a charge and are not part of our parking service. The costs for transfers are to be paid by our guests themselves to the taxi drivers on site.
